Carla Cryptic: Illustration Friday images

I've been participating in Illustration Friday for the past few weeks and it's been a lot of fun. It's amazing how many different ways there are to illustrate the same theme. It's also a great challenge in terms of using a new software program or style of illustration (at the moment, I'm trying to force myself to use Adobe Illustrator more since I don't really like it's counter-intuitive interface). So far, I've posted images for Black & White, Heroes, and Sport and I'm working on an illustration for Metropolitan. I post at Illustration Friday as carlacryptic. My Mom is posting under BlackDot and my friend MaryAnn Johnston is posting as curlierthanthou. I'm currently hosting the images at Cryptic Web but hope to move them to Blogger soon. Can't figure out how to upload images to Blogger yet. :)
